The difference of the videos these two videos is that the first video shows Erick Qualman speaking in different parts of the world about socialnomics. He spoke about how we are going to need to catch up with the new  social networksthat we be coming out in the future. In the second video it was more of a presentation of Socialnomics in a slideshow giving us more statistical informaion. This video had music playing in the background as well as graphics which made it more interesting.

People like to see visual and interesting presentations like the second video, sometimes we can get bored listening to someone speak for an hour or so about the same thing over and over. We can start to get impatient, while on the other hand with visual presentation it keeps us entertained because we are wanting to see what coming up next. It can impact the users because there are people who prefer speaking presentations, and others would perfer just seeing something on a screen.

Sorry Guys about the typos in the first sentence, I was tired after work.

  1. I agree with you on the second paragraph bascially on the context of the second video. People like to see visual aids better than to hear someone talking their ears off. Visual aids are better to carry the point across and to the point as oppossed to someone talking in the video.

  2. I agree with you. It was hard for me to follow the second video. I like to hear people speak and I learn better that way opposed to reading facts. I also feel that It is more effective having Qualman as a speaker.
